Just because it's Friday doesn't mean the #healthylifestyle isn't happening!
MrE was up way before the sun to get in his #run And it was dark! But luckily for him there were some street lights the kinda lit his path.
And just a little light is all he needed to see Mr Skunk going for his own little walk. That could have been a stinky disaster!
If @instagram had a #scratchandsniff option, MrE would tell you to turn that shiz off.
Not sure what's happening under the streets of #Vancouver, but pee-ew it does not smell fresh!
With being too preoccupied with all the stink in the air, MrE missed a chance to say hi to @eddiemarsan_official who he's pretty sure he saw walking by - next time!
The new and improved #healthylifestyle continues today with a solid #wod from Coach Lawrence @groundworkathletics - lots of squats, presses and KB swings!! Callouses are already starting to come back because we don't use chalk when we swing, right @swing_on_kbells ?? And hey, MrE wants to be like his #vancity bestie @therock - ok, give us at least a week before saying that's getting old!
But with a time of 90 minutes, he was right on average - and that was with a 15 minute break at the halfway point.
The guy on his IG story said that you'll want to do it again once you're done. At that moment, it seemed crazy, but he might be right.
Now there's a time to beat! And next time, better pacing on the first half.
It's the first Sunday of September and after two weeks of eating dirty and being busy doing other things (please see @champexcellent if you didn't know) to get much exercise in, it's time to get back on track with the #healthylifestyle - right @megiguere ?? MrE got in a 5k this morning and although it wasn't his fastest - pizza, burgers and chorizo hash will slow you down - it wasn't the worst time ever!
No, #vancouver does not get as cold as most other places in #Canada or even some places in #America
But on those cooler evenings when you're waiting for your new friend (@therock - yeah right) to finish work, the #floppypoppy is exactly what you need! And look at how much it flops! That's gotta be a #hipsters dream!!
