I can’t believe it’s been 50 years since I did my first album. What a wonderful 50 years it has been. Thanks to my Uncle Bill Owens and Fred Foster for believing in me early on. And thanks to all the fans out there…I hope to have at least another 50 years!
Oh my Lord I am so excited to have won the Grammy with Pentatonix on my old song Jolene. I am so happy and am so very proud of Pentatonix. The song is one of my favorites. Thanks to the #GRAMMYs but most importantly thanks to all the fans. I love you all.

One of my favorite parts of the big game is the food you make to go along with it! Here's one of my favorite game day recipes: Barbecued Chicken Wings, mmm mmm!
Dolly's Barbecued Chicken Wings
- Canola Oil, for the baking sheet
- 3 lbs of chicken wings separated at joints
- Dolly's Cola Barbecue Sauce (recipe below)
- 2 scallions, green and white parts, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare two rimmed baking sheets with canola oil.
Arrange the wings on the baking sheets, taking care not to overlap. Bake, shaking the pan once or twice during cooking or turning the wings with tongs until they are deeply browned, about 20 minutes. Brush each wing with sauce and bake 5-8 minutes more. Arrange the wings on a platter and garnish with scallions. Serve hot or at room temperature, with lots of napkins! ---
