As of late I've had some of the worst workouts of my life, and I think my crappy mentality towards the gym recently has been the cause of it. For a while I was stressing too hard about things like my energy levels and food timing, and because of that I forgot why I really started working out. I began lifting because it makes me feel better on the good days as well as the bad days! The quality of your workouts isn't wholly determined by the quality of the day before/after it, just enjoy the time to unwind and grow, wether you're into lifting, yoga, or running/some other form of cardio!🏼♀️
