@louisvuitton after months of anticipation I finally managed to buy the monogram trunk case for my phone. Only to bring it home and find its defective! I've attempted several times to make contact and have this issue resolved to no avail! For a loyal LV customer to say I've had a poor experience would be an understatement!!! Very disappointed given i had been waiting so long to get one and when I finally do it's faulty an no one available to resolve the issue!
