Long time no fitness post! This is called the bridge pose. Easy to do and very beneficial for lower back, hips, thighs and legs. 🏻
•Start of by lying down flat and then bend your knees and open your legs so that they align to your shoulder.
•Keep your hands straight with fingers touching your ankle (try, if it doesn't happen make sure they are in a straight line) and the palm facing the ceiling.
•Raise your lower body and tighten your glutes.
•Hold this for 3-5 seconds and lower back down.
•Do as many as you think you can and once you get tired, do 7 more. That's what my trainer says when you think you can't do any more, do 7 more.

Fashion Week for me is Stressful. There is so much pressure to look 'Fashion Week Appropriate' wear designer clothes, and last but not the least the never ending no-no list of clothes for my body type.
I'm someone who lives in Tshirts that belong to the XL aisle of men's clothing and pajamas, so for me, this is experimental. I know not all of you or maybe any one of you might not like this look but I am happy with the fact that I tried stepping out of my comfort zone, experimented a little without going way to overboard for my style and if you ask me for designers, well this dress is designed by Patri in Karol Bagh, Bag from Hill Road and Sunglasses from under the metro station.

This is another great full body workout! •Start off by lying down and bending your knees and then spreading them as wide as you can.
•I use a 4kg kettle weight but you can do this without weight as well. Rise from your stomach and not from your neck or shoulder. All the pressure to get up should be on the tummy.
•Once you are up, try and touch the floor.
This will work out your arms, tummy and inner thigh. 🏻🏻 •I do 3 sets of 20 reps as of now, start with a set of 10 and gradually build it up, Happy Working Out!

Stretching is as important as actual exercise, it strengthens your muscles and cools down your body!
This is Chakra Asan or Upward Bow Position. I still need to perfect it because the hands can come a little closer to head. This is great for over all body stretching.
•Start by lying down, bend your knees and open you legs in order to align them with the shoulder.
•Position your hand next to tour head so that your fingers are pointing towards the shoulder, take time with this placement otherwise it can cause injury to your wrist.
•Lift up your body and curve it out with your tummy pointing up, Bend you neck towards your back.
•Hold this for as long as you can and then slowly lower your body back to ground.
•I try to do 10-15 of these. Start with 3.

Today's hustle! This has been one of my favourite exercise since 2 years I guess! 🏻🏻🏻
It is a full body workout which also promotes good skin and hair (beauty 'gurus' I tell you! LOL)
Anyway, so this works out your legs, tummy and arms and the best part is, you dont need any equipment! Just an almirah or wall would do! I try to do 20 reps and 5 sets, but if you want to start, 10 reps and 2 sets is perfect.
Some points to keep in mind:
•When going up position all of your weight in your feet and against the wall, once your position is stable, shift the weight to your hands.
•Your body should make a straight line, the back shouldn't be cupping inside or outside, try to keep it as straight as possible.
•Do not raise your neck to much, try not to at all.
•When coming down, be light on your feet, do not kneel.
