Took a few months off for recovery due to some set backs but back in the game! Never quit!
Started feeling weak and skinny again from my time off. Ever since been back into it again seriously since the last week, I've been feeling much better physically and mentally again!
I did lose about 3kgs, its not to bad, I needed to get rid of my pot belly anyways! I feel more ripped and leaner now anyways! Its good way to try achieve that ever wishful 8 pack!
Since going back, I was surprised I hadn't lost my peak power limit of lifting! Wrapped with that! Guess like they say, its always good to give your body a rest once in a while.
