One year ago, I set off onto what is still the greatest and most profound adventure of my life. I descended from the summit of the Bill Hall Trail on a 90 degree September day, into the Grand Canyon and to the raging Colorado River. The days spent wrapped in the arms of nature with the outside world having no bearing on any of my thoughts, was the greatest week of self development I've ever had. So, cheers to those seek refuge within our earth and cheers to those who wander...may we never be found

Australia has several different kinds of kangaroos. In fact, in the family they are a part of (wallabies, wallaroos, tree kangaroos, and rock wallabies) there are about 50 species. .
Pictured here is the very first kangaroo I saw in the wild, the grey kangaroo. I think they were just as curious as I was.
