There was a time I cursed my legs. I hated them because I couldn't find pants or shorts to fit my big legs and a small...ish waist. It comes to a point you have to embrace certain body parts and make them better, stronger, and veiny haha. I started my fitness journey 11 years ago this month. Slow and steady got me to this point. Had an awesome all around day yesterday with my bro @vinnie_puglia that was the epitome of an active day. • Went out on the water for 2 hours kayaking, refueled with some good old Wawa, I might have had a extra large slushie
• Then went on to crush a bench session and back workout with Vinnie hitting a new PR on bench and myself hitting a hard 405 on deadlifts
• Nope, days not done yet, we would then go straight from lifting to train with one of the teams my dad trains for soccer
• Followed by crushing some to end the day. If that's not a successful day then I don't know what is!
