In Virginia coaching for the Olympic Development Program and got a 2-0 win this morning. I was able to find an incredible gym here and they were nice enough to give me a free week pass for my time here and let me film inside the gym. Now I'm off to coach our second game of the day at 7:30pm! I think I'm going to hit leg day early tomorrow at this gym because it really is a massive facility and awesome! I love the FST 7 concept of finishing your training with 7 sets that totally demolish the targeted muscle group. Last night I did cable ladder flyes to toast my chest. Try it out!
Today was one of those days where I had no desire to be at the gym. I felt bloated, I've slept poorly for the last two nights, and I think a cold is coming on.
