Nothing fancy, just lifting heavy. Cutting get be discouraging psychologically, especially when struggling to lift what was once easy, but never lose sight of the goal. Just trying to stay patient and stick to the plan. Can't wait to bulk!

#tbt to where it all began with my original mentor Frank at #CrunchFitness , and my first time actually moving some serious weight, squatting 405.
I trained with Frank for over a year, and without a doubt my source of inspiration when it comes to bodybuilding. He was the first person who ever truly believed in me as a bodybuilder and was the reason I felt confident enough to step on stage for the first time. He made it his mission to help me as much as possible to follow my passion for the sport. I fell in love with bodybuilding and learned so much about it through Frank.
He is a great teacher, coach, mentor, and most importantly, an awesome friend. Still to this day I have never met anyone who has understood and embodied the sport and the lifestyle the way he showed me how to. I've also never trained side by side with some who has kicked my ass more than Frank - all for the love of the sport though 🏼
