Was a backday for me today.
My back (just like the calves ) needs a lot of work, YES! Probs i will switch my pull days at the start of my program. Currently im doing (push-pull-legs)x2 and chilling on the sundays. Deadlift is my strongest movement ofc, as on 72kg. last year i managed to hit 215kg. /beltless/, but still my back lacks the mass/thickness (not only my opinion ). Still, lately I'm more focused in the gym, mind-muscle connection is improving, and im feeling a better pump, as the back is a bit harder to hit as you actually don't see it ... but im patient as this is the key in natural bodybuilding, and im feeling the gainz are coming ...

Today I met somebody who outworked me. Its quite rare to be honest in total workload and output, but somebody always does. Just rare to meet them since they usually play on another level.
I did my hamstring rehab on the beach, read book and wrote down notes, but needed a break and some rest in the heat.

Epic pull workout today, deadlifts, pull ups and rows
Successfully got 130kg up in my deadlifts, you may see that I really took my time setting up for this lift, shoulders back, chest up, driving through the legs. Quality over quantity.
