Fall seven times get up 8. From the wrestling mat to the bodybuilding stage, to my personal training career, I've always taken risks. Anytime you are competing in a sport or working hard towards something you take risks, because you are making a commitment to go through hard times. Anything you desire to do in this life whether it's a career or sport you make sacrifices, you have bumps in the roads it doesn't always go smoothly. You lose a game, you lose a match, you fail that project, you fail that test but guess what ?? No matter how many times you fail you practice harder, train harder, study harder, work harder, then you get back in that arena and try again. But giving up and giving in is not optional. No matter how discouraged you get no matter how drained you get you get up and you keep fighting. Life can be tough and we all live stressful lives at time but we don't just quit. Especially to those who have kids know that as a parent especially a single parent know that no matter how hard life knocks you down you keep on getting up and doing everything in your power for that child. Same thing in everyday affairs of life. We will have ups and downs it will be hard. We will have people who will doubt us even close ones will tell us to just quit it's not worth it anymore, but despite what even they may say you let those words go in one ear and out the other, you get up despite how physically or mentally drained you are and you try again until you succeed. when you've been working hard for something for the longest... trust me it's meant to be. I train 6 days a week and I'd be lying If I said I enjoy it everyday. Despite how fatigued Iam some days.. I push through daily. And with that disciplined drive.. my sweat and callouses thicken everyday. Don't give up ! There is no finish line! I want to be best version of myself, that means I'm on a never ending quest to be better than I was yesterday. I want to be a better athlete, I want to have better endurance, mobility and strength... and last but not least I want to look good doing it. Sometimes just getting to the gym can be the toughest part. But every now and then you have worked out that absolutely test your athleticism, and mental toughness.

I am guilty of stubborness at times (no stubborness ain't close mindness and being so hard headed that u never acept advice or another opinion) it's i am so stubborn when i want something, i have this tunnel vision, one advantage of such mindset is u get to kill and go after what you want with radical dedication and persistence, a major drawback tho is, u can lose ur flexibiliy, not because ur close minded, but because you are soooo focused that u see no other way (so try not to make me ur enemy but i have a kind ) but i'm really working on that lately, and proud of myself
But this is life, every gift has its fallouts, so balance, nothing is perfect, therefore knowing thy self is a never ending journey

My first time touching a barbell for some work in over three weeks. I'm so grateful to be able to lift again after a scary freak problem with my back. Last night i ended up watching #THEHOBBIT trilogy and this scene got me so deep in my heart when Tauriel saw the man she love Killi died in her hands and told the King:
"IS THIS LOVE I DONT WANT IT, TAKE IT FROM ME; WHY DOES IT HURT SO MUCH? And her King reply: "BECAUSE IT WAS REAL"
When the #LOVE is real to that person, you are willing to take risk and even willing to give your life for her/him.
