So, awesome salad was booted to tomorrow night because my babe realized I needed a straight up blast of protein and boy did she #comethru !! Grilled steak with prosciutto and cream cheese wrapped asparagus and homemade bread. Food is something to be celebrated and tonight, my friends, was a celebration indeed.
Cleared the attic and garage out today and made a major drop at Good Will before getting in a killer #Saturday#workout !! 8+ miles on the rollerblades, 3 mile run then 45 minutes of weight training. I'm going to devour the steak awesome salad tonight! You can bet that there'll be a pic upcoming of that plate of amazingness!
I use Saturday as a day to test my physical limits because I always know in the back of my mind that Sunday is my rest day. If you don't push yourself, you will never grow so do something that pushes YOU this weekend.
Keep being awesome and keep working at being a better human today than you were yesterday!
