I was planning to work my arms and shoulders and I don't even know how I ended up doing squats lol
I lifted 120kg twice (without counting the 33.2kg of the resistance of the machine when unloaded) on that squat machine
I was kinda exhausted and somewhere proud lol
I guess it was my buddy recording the video shouting "BLOOD,SWEAT AND RESPECT!!! LISTEN TO @therock " who motivated me to lift that
Awesome session with my boys at the hpc in Windhoek. Single leg barbell box squat demonstrated here. Our goal is to keep improving our strength, overall conditioning but still look good.

One of the most IMPORTANT fundamental components to a STRONG foundation. My hips need to drop lower although due to my GLUTEUS being so incredibly SORE, it was NOT happening. . My foot placement also needs be out a tad bit more for hip drive/glute activation. Other than that, CLEAN FULL SET***** Nonetheless ladies and gentlemen, Here's 405X20 (For 20 reps) @ 213 body weight. Testing my Speed work w/a heavy load. 🏾🏾Lifetime PR by 5 reps.
Note to future self something you've been knowing for YEARS---> When your gluteus are tighter than a jack rabbit running from a fox, Go light, very light. 🙄 Oh, but When you're feeling FROGGY, those are the PERFECT days to smash some records. 🏽🏽 I'm a PERFECTIONIST at heart. If I can't do something, I'll eventually GET IT DONE, if it's in my heart. It's that simple, there's NEVER another option.
