This isn't a #tbt lol. Don't let all my mobility training fool you into thinking I don't still have the bounce! I just found what I feel is a better way of achieving goals in a holistic sustainable way which includes actually learning to listen to your body and what it needs. You learn this and everything becomes easier. If you knew better you'd do better and back then I just didn't know. No excuses now.
