I was never a fitness nut when I was younger. In high school I hated PE class--I could never compete with my athletically-inclined classmates. Even when I wasn't part of a class I couldn't escape it--once I was hit by speeding baseball in the shin when I was just hanging out at the school grounds, sitting at one of the benches. Ouch! My fast metabolism didn't help either--I would eat a lot of food, most of it unhealthy, and I remained stick thin.
But then I grew older, got a job that allowed me to eat a lot of free food, and my metabolism slowed down. I gained a lot of weight. I got stuck in an unhealthy lifestyle.
Until I decided to at least try to get fit. I cut back on soda and fast food. And because I am kuripot, I decided to start a workout regimen that basically cost me nothing: running and walking. I would walk to everywhere during the day, and at night I would run. And then I added pole fitness to my regimen. Years later I found myself in a group with @kevinbillyching, @chichar_eon, and @diyehan, where people from different fitness backgrounds come together to help each other achieve their fitness goals (and mostly share food porn). So this is where I am now. Not fully where I want to be yet, but I know this is the most fit I have been my entire life. When I run, I feel free because I know every step on the pavement is a step towards better health. When I pole, I feel free because I know every trick (nailed or not) will help me grow stronger. And when my friends and I taunt and tease each other with food porn? I treat cableparks, pole studios, and calisthenics parks as playgrounds. They're all just games against myself - seeing what my body can do and how far I can push it. At the end of such warm days we just wanna start the new week comfy and therefore we need a nice light treat. We decided to do chocolate sticks as they are not only easy to prep but also healthy - so kind of a clean cheat treat
This is what you need for the topping :
Melt 80g dark chocolate with 1 Tsp Honey
Chocolate sauce :
1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder )
1 tsp liquid coconut oil
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp agave syrup Blend all ingredients . If the sauce is too liquid just add more cocoa powder, if it's too solid just add hot water and agave syrup. .
And of course fresh fruit of all kinds .🥝
Cooking instructions : cut bananas in pieces and dip in chocolate . Leave on baking paper until set . Put the fruit on the stick afterwards and add a bit of liquid chocolate to stick them together.

Nach solchen heissen Tagen wollen wir die neue Woche mit etwas lecker leichtes zum Naschen beginnen.
Wir haben uns für die Schokospieße entschieden. Diese sind nicht nur sehr leicht zuzubereiten , sie versüßen uns auch den Vormittag,ohne schlechtes Gewissen
Folgende Zutaten brauchst du für das Schokoladen - Topping :
80g Dunkle Schokolade mit 1TL Honig schmelzen
Für die Schokosoße:
1 1/2 – 2 EL Kakao pur (ungesüßt)
1 TL Kokosöl warm und flüssig
2 EL heißes Wasser
1 EL Agavendicksaft Alle Zutaten gut verrühren.
Wenn die Soße zu flüssig ist, Kakao dazugeben.
Sollte sie zu dick sein,heißes Wasser und Agvendicksaft hinzufügen .
Und natürlich frische Früchte nach Geschmack .🥝
Zubereitung: Bananen in Scheiben schneiden und in die Schokolade tunken. Auf einen Backpapier ein wenig fest werden lassen. Früchte einzeln aufspießen.Dazwischen immer ein wenige Schokolade geben,so daß die Früchte aufeinander kleben und nicht rutschen.

Fitness is freedom. It is the ability to do things effortlessly with focus and mindset on what you want to achieve. I started my fitness journey with pole, and it will always be my first love. But with pole, I learned to accept my body, flaws and all. I became confident to try different workouts that I never thought I could do. Tagging my forever fitness friends (addict? Week 4: FREEDOM TO MOVE

What I considered my "trial classes" because I wasn't sure yet if I was actually gonna go through with any of them. I'm very glad I pushed through it and continued my pole and aerial journey because I have learned so much from my amazing teachers and wonderful classmates.
