Business meetings with the other leaders on our team are always a comforting time for me. I love love love having this time with other #girlbosses and the constant reminder that I have worked my booty off to get these special moments with our fearless leader.
Lately my business has reminded me that it is 100% a business reliant on constantly showing up. By that I mean, I've taken a pay hit due to my laziness and NOT showing up for my own business. It's time for a reality check and a recommitment to my business and remembering WHY I started it in the first place. To pay it forward, to be able to afford groceries, and to be home with my girls without worry of our finances drying up... well that last part has started to creep up again. (Brutal honesty for accountability) So I've decided to go back to the basics, while still being a leader to my team, and start fresh as if I am a new coach. 🤔
I'm looking for 5 women who want to go through new coach basics training with me in March or April and learn this incredible opportunity from the ground up! You don't need experience, but you do need a REASON and a PASSION for why you're doing it... otherwise, you'll end up firing yourselves. Training takes 15 minutes a day. That's it. 🤓
These 5 women need to be at a point in their lives where health & fitness is a priority (that doesn't mean you've already reached all of your goals either) and paying it forward to others is something they'd like to do. Knowledge of our programs & nutrition is a plus since you'll be using them on a regular basis too 🏼🏼

I feel like I've grown a lot as a person since I started my fitness journey. For me, this journey truly is soooo much MORE than losing weight. I can literally look back and see that I am a COMPLETELY different person, emotionally & physically, now then I was 2ish years ago, before I started.
I felt depressed and low then and after a stressful day of work loved nothing more to pour a glass of wine to destress. Then I found workouts and those workouts helped me find my confidence. I found personal development, and that helped me find the leader within me. Now, I feel happy and just want to share it with everyone. After a stressful day, I workout, or lean in to my friends, because I want to keep the healthy & happy momentum that I've built these last couple of years.
My mission in life is simply to share this joy that I've found with everyone. I want to inspire people to live a life of freedom in true happiness.
There are a lot of choices out there, all I can say, and suggest, is to find the one that makes YOU happy. I've found what makes me happy, and I will stubbornly stick to it. In the end, your happiness is all that matters! #latergram#findwhatmakesyouhappy#mywhy
I'm not much of a Barbell guy 🏼, so on #InternationalChestDay I went with some staggered push ups
This move is from Eccentric Upper in Month 2 of P90X3. On one arm it works your tricep, with the other arm extended out putting the focus on your chest.. then you switch after 5
-- The eccentric move that creates the burn is 3 counts down on the negative, then exploding up for each single rep, going to 10 or 15 each set. You don't need many reps to start hurting
Today Chris is sick so I don't have my workout partner but I still had to #pushplay . These Scissor Stance Jacks are killer and I had to modify by the end but that's ok because I #MaxedOut about 45 seconds later than last week and a whole 1:30 later than 2 weeks ago! I'm so proud of my progress and it just keeps getting better. I already think I look great in my wedding dress but come October I'll look even more amazing if I keep making these gains every week!
