Today. Today was not good. Today Holly & I both got some news that's gonna make a big change in our lives, and one we are struggling with accepting. Today was the day I was glad sweat was pouring from my face at the gym because today I cried. Normally I use food for comfort, and for some inner peace. But today I channeled my heartache into something productive. And that makes today a first. Today was not good. But months of stress and anxiety and being in the dark may be over. Praying we can make it through this next week sweating out our negative and fiercely seeking for some positive. Your support means everything, and we can't thank you enough. #fitfam#gymtherapy#fitness#weightloss#weightlossmotivation#weightlossjourney#ittakestwo

We Our Us are the words that we need to be using when married. Decisions need to be used with you both in mind considering of your feelings and opinions.
Compromise needs to come from both sides. Thinking and speaking "I" "me" and "mine" and switching to "us" "we" and "ours" is a transition that can be difficult for some but for the strength and longevity of the marriage, it is a necessity.
An attitude of "we" brings unity and a deeper feeling of togetherness.
When we switch our mindset from always thinking ourselves and me and instead think of ourself as part of a couple unit then the relationship becomes deeper as we work for betterment of the couple's good and wellbeing instead of just our own.
Be a "we" couple instead of a "me and me" couple!

Woke up it's Friday and time to wave your hands in the air like you just don't care
Sometimes our inspiration comes from nostalgia and films from our childhood. Sometimes it comes from Rum. Sometimes both. These slushies have ALL the alcohol in them. Best big screen viewing of It Takes Two ever. .
