All I can see when I look at this pic are my shoulders which I freaking LOVE🏼
In my current split/training block I'm only training shoulders once a week but it's working great
My current fav shoulder exercises are:
1. Seated dumbbell shoulder press
2. Machine shoulder press (I perform this one backwards, so I sit with my face towards the seat)
3. Dumbbell shoulder flies
4. Barbell shoulder raises
