I was definitely not motivated this morning. I would have liked to slept more or just hung out in my pajamas. But goals require discipline, so I got my tennis shoes laced up and knocked out some total body cardio!
Got my day and my week started on the right foot. Determined to make it a good day even though it's looking pretty gloomy outside.

Still looking at other peoples photos knowing you can have a rockin body too, if you just put in the work! Still not happy with the way your reflection looks in the mirror.Still just going through day by day getting things done not really living! Still saying I'll start on Monday! Well today's that Monday that's calling YOU out! Make your choice today. Invest in your health & fitness, because you gotta love yourself to get to that happiness you long for. Shift your mindset, & just have some crazy faith that if you step forth everything will fall into place. Nothing is just going to happen without you putting in the work to change it.
