And that's why I'm ok with taking my time. I'm creating healthier habits that will last, not looking for a quick false fix. I still have a long ways to go, but I am proud as fuck about where I am! "Success is a staircase, not a doorway." #fitisalifestyle#makeprogress#notexcuses#beproud#getresults
Just a friendly Thursday morning reminder!
Make progress not excuses. You are incredible and your body is capable of so many amazing things. Believe in yourself and believe in your abilities. Focus on the mind-muscle connection, stay positive and work hard. Each day is a step toward success if you choose to make the most of it. If you make excuses you will simply take steps backwards/in the wrong direction. Make time, make it work, make progress. It doesn't need to be a Monday to start things off in the right. Have a rough week? That's okay! Don't let it hold you down. Get up, get ready and go! Win the day and get yourself on the right track! You can do this! 🏻
Also, shout out to my friend @reefsimaginarium for making this awesome piece for me! Be sure to check out his page & portfolio and give him a follow!
#workoutwednesday and the reason why my 33min workout was more like a 53min workout: baby needed to stop for nursie time!
I used to think that if I stopped or took breaks in my workouts it wasn't worth doing it, and I used that as my excuse to just not exercise PERIOD! You know those excuses: "I don't have time" "the baby won't let me put her down" "the kids will get in the way" "it won't be beneficial if I have to keep stopping"
Stop listening to your excuses and start listening to me! (I mean, that IS why I'm a coach after all!) I've helped so many moms (and helped myself) fit health eating and short but effective workouts into their busy lives. Don't you think it's time that I helped YOU?!? Summer is here, so there's no time to waste! Comment below "busy mom" (or just "busy" if you're not a mom but still want some help) and we'll get started together :)
