MIKEY PRESSURE PASSING // working some pressure passing in 3 of my matches that I learned training with Murillo Santana and Gui Mendes!! Always trying to improve in every area, so happy I was able to work some passing in this competition. Excited to keep learning and improving and fixing my mistakes. Thankful to have such tough opponents to make me have to keep improving more and more Osssss @gameness_sports // @flograppling#bjj#jiujitsu#love#passing#overunder
@sp01design and @ladiesandgentlemenstudio are a match made in heaven. Their limited-time concept store Over / Under will be in SoHo through May and is worth a visit for their intricate light fixtures and eye-catching furnishings.
Photo by @scott.portelli Humpback whales are impressive 40 tonne, 16 meter long mammals that can be quite interactive and curious at times. This Humpback whale spy hopped in front of me less than a meter and and balanced its body above and below the surface.Humpbacks often do this to survey their surroundings as they break the surface of the water. An impressive close up encounter to say the least. #Humpback#whale#blue#overunder#tonga#spyhop
Nothing more peaceful than being under the sea. Coron Island in the Philippines definitely has the best corals and sea life I've ever seen! We've been lucky enough to check out a few sunken Japanese ship wrecks from WWII and the fishes here are super friendly!! (Swipe left on the photo to check out the videos from this post) Also, loving our new GoPro Dome for taking both underwater and above water shots at the same time! Yuds xx .
The over-under train passing game. Great for practicing stop/start, change direction, do opposite of partner, teamwork from 2 directions, control of large object with two hands, utilizing lots of different space around our body, etc. This is s warmup to more lateral and rotation movements. Always working 360 degrees around the body to develop all dimensions of both body and brain! With fun and laughter...especially with the surprise 4-legged participant.
