Week 3 Day 4 - Weighed in at 166 this morning . Haven't been this light in a lonnngggg time. Gonna ride this out for another month or so before I start putting on some size . -Probably shouldn't have done all those cleans yesterday (second video) but ohhh well.
Today: Daily warm up, deads-5x5,3,2, accessory work, and some stair master sprints.
Woke up tired. Tough day at work. So much so a little voice in my head said "just skip the gym today, it won't matter" ; but then another one just said ...go. and I did. I killed my workout and feel a million times better. When every ounce of your body is telling you to quit... listen to that lone voice of resistance. No matter what is holding you back, go out and go after what you want. You have one life... earn your way to a good one.
