So today I bought #bangpreworkout and damn usually pre-workout doesn't do anything for me but this one got me going! I got to the gym and did my cardio warm up and then lifting and ended with 30 min of cardio. I flew in there like a bat of of hell! I mean I was the Silver Back Gorilla 🦍 tossing weights around like if they were toys! All and all great Arm and Shoulder Day!
What's good my people! So today I killed arms and shoulders!
The pic on the left was taken at Disneyland 2 years ago and the one on the right is new. I didn't realize the difference in my face till I seen this pic.
4 sets 10-15 reps
Dumbbell curls, hammer curls, Beijing cable curls, triceps push down, triceps extension, single arm tricep push down, dumbbell shoulder press, side lateral raises, front raise, shoulder shrugs, barbell shoulder press and last but not least 20 min of cardio.
I also did 30 min of ddp yoga and 1 hour of Jeet Kune Do class.
