Becca has been making some gradual and BIG changes to her health and fitness- adding in home workouts, checking into our accountability group and cooking up healthy meals for the whole family.
Becca shared that it took a little time to start seeing results, but now her progress is coming faster and it's getting easier. The results are in the consistency!! She has already met her first goal of 'lose ten pounds' and is on to her next challenge!

Half year just passed by really fast! all the new year's motivation and resolutions are all far gone... but getting healthy shouln't be just a new year's resolution, It should be a commitment to yourself no matter what month of the year It is.
I believe this to be truth for most of the Mommys and a lot of Women out there, We are so used to put others' needs before ours that when we do something for ourselves we feel guilty, but It shouldn't be like that. How good are you if you are sick, tired, unhappy, frustrated.... all the time? 🤔
We have to take care of our MIND, BODY & SPIRIT first so we can have the energy and capacity to take care of others.
