The weekend is knocking once more, so it must be time for another Friday Challenge.
Load a barbell with 40kg and then perform the following complex:
5 x Hang Clean
10 x Strict Press
15 x Back Squat
25 Minute AMRAP
Scale the weight if necessary, you should only be limited by the weight you can press overhead.

#ThrowBackThursday was a good one. Wasn’t really trying to go heavy on chest, I wanted to get Reps in between 7-12, I was going for good pump with Chest today. But for back and shoulders I was trying to lift as heavy as possible. The Seal Row that you see me doing is good for mid and upper back development, it removes the legs from the movement and allows you to use all back while pulling through with your elbows. Before I started this Upper Body work I did some band work for mobility, didn’t do any endurance work after the workout just did 1 Movement for triceps and 1 for biceps and that was the workout.
