Insanity asylum performance assessment test. I've done this several times and would like to think I've gotten better! It's full minute rounds of each exercise. I did doubles today since I didn't get a workout in Friday or saturday and I had extra time today. So this made up for #day22 of #danisyearoffitness yay!
Technique / Speed / Agility / Finishes / Core. Elite training with Vahid Assadpour. Follow through all 3 videos and whatcha me put it in 110%. Each dribbling exercise full on without breaks for two minutes followed by 45 second recovery. Dribbling drills went for 25 minutes. Then to finishes- getting separation and putting it far post. And last- Core! FYI- I did another 100 sit-ups before I went to bed. I'm ready for tomorrow.
