I replied, "To help my lungs, heart, and muscles. To be strong. To keep my body moving"
Never did I once say " to be skinny." I would also add to my response, "for mental clarity. Peace." Caring for others, these kids, all the kids I have here daily, is by far the most challenging job I've ever done.
