Shoulder mobility exercise: Lie on a foam roller and reach for the barbell in a Y shape. Keep elbows straight and make sure your feet stay flat on the floor. Hold your hips in the air and then slowly lower your hips toward the floor. Repeat a few times. You can place the foam roller in different parts of your upper back to get a different stretch each time. This has been helping me a lot so I can keep going with pullups etc . Cuando hablamos de la famosa "definición" muchos creen q hay q hacer con bajo peso y muchas repeticiones! Y es un concepto erróneo, cuando entrenas para hipertrofia, fuerza, estimulas y activas las fibras blancas ( entrenamiento de.fuerza, potencia etc) cuando hacemos el concepto erróneo q creen muchos activas las.fibras rojas ( resistencia) osea q no le estas dando el estímulo correcto. Para definir tu cuerpo tenes q entrenar tan duro como cuando haces hipertrofia, variar los rangos d repeticiones no viene nada mal pera shockear y sorprender a los músculos, la clave es entrenar duro, hacer dieta (para bajar grasa y definir músculo magro) y complementar con cardio y beber agua d manera importante! seguí entrenando duro para definir y deja ese mito d bajo peso y pocas reps, no estás buscando d objetivo resistencia, sino definición!

(Sweaty post workout gah) GUESS WHOS BACK !!! After being sick and not being at the gym I'm not really concerned about gaining mass just yet, im just trying to gain my strength back. I was mostly shoulder focused today but didn't isolate the workout to shoulders only.Im conditioning my heart by doing more cardio and incorporating more compound movements into my workouts& currently hitting multiple muscles (lightly) during my workouts so later on if I decide to go heavy my body doesn't go into shock and get sore afffffff. Sorry for being inactive for so long guys !! I'm feeling so much better and I'm exited to start posting again !!!
