Positive Pam here 🏼♀️for your morning injection of happiness! A lot of you ask me how I stay so positive. It's a good question, especially because I'm NOT one of those people that are always in a good mood. In fact, my family nick name is moody Judy 🙄 however, over the years I have developed some life saving skills that take me from dark to light. One of which is being introspective. That part comes naturally to me. But when I get a thought that makes me feel dark (I can best describe it in colors) I can tell something isn't right. These are the thoughts that DO NoT SERVE me well. Normally that's when it's rooted in jealousy, competition, and comparison. It doesn't sit right. While these feelings are part of being HUMAN I work to reshape them. Example on jealousy. When I feel jealous I say to myself "Lisa, have you ever felt jipped? Lisa, can you count the number of things in your life that are just as great?" Or competition- "lisa, what makes you think that because THEY are succeeding means you can't. Lisa, there IS room for both of you." I truly believe that reshaping your thoughts is the key to not only happiness, but flourishing. It's work, but I know it works love always, Posi Pam
