We have gotten serveral questions about nutrition and how to know what foods to be eating. Avoid overly-processed foods. Eat a lot of fruits, veggies, and complex carbs. Make sure you are eating an ample amount of protein and dietary fiber. A sample "typical" grocery haul is shown in the picture. Brown rice, salmon, chicken, Greek yogurt, kind bars, orange/red bell peppers, broccoli, double protein English Muffins, diet Snapple, avocados, power crunch protein bars, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, almond butter, apples, bananas, eggs, and sweet potato. THIS IS NOT WHAT I GET EVERYTIME. I switch up my veggies and meats depending on what I am craving and I occasionally get halo top or other healthy treats because #balance

Ciągle szukam idealnej pozycji dla siebie i jak widać tutaj powinienem biodro jeszcze bardziej obniżyć, żeby nie przenosić obciążenia na kręgosłup lecz tylną taśmę (poślady i dwójki). Jeszcze sporo do poprawy, ale najważniejsze to świadomość tego co trzeba poprawić.

I don't always take fat burners but when I do I need help staying on track and getting results! I learned fat burners assist in fat loss but that there is no miracle product. You can take products that are loaded with caffeine and make you feel like it's working, but then have no other ingredients that work in synergy and is natural. Trust me, I have tried several. I started taking @1stphorm Bliss Go Pack previously and loved it. Now they have Royal XXI Queen and I love it more! Seriously helps me with my hormones (I have been so moody lately and when I take it I feel more regulated), more energy, and less cravings for the bad sweets and treats that I always crave. If you can control cravings and have more energy (energy for everyday life AND the gym) then I'm down for it. 🏼 I took this during my last prep and lost around 5% body fat in 10 weeks and this time around I have been taking it a few weeks and lost .5% but I know I have had a hard time staying within my calorie goal. Consistency is key!
