When the snow is almost up to your hips.. #AlaskanLiving
My 7 year old son is tall for his age. But the snow is deep this year! Caught him trying to follow his brother into the wooded area. Brother is 6'3" or more as we haven't measured in a while.
One upside of all the snow is the reflection of light.
Shoulder day edit from yesterday. Had a good workout and was able to mix up the routine a bit. Worked out with @alexaluvs221 and @themajorcaug so we were able to film + spot each other and bang out those extra forced reps. I love training to failure and doing high volume with a lot of drop sets. Shoulders aren't a huge muscle group but the pump from a shoulder workout is incredible. Was able to mix up the routine and rep ranges a bit in this workout. It's nice to mix it up from time to time but I find I get the best results when I stick to a program and the only things I will change is either: the weight, # of reps, or the tempo of which I control the weights. It's good to workout with new people and share ideas to help better your own program and I can say for sure that my shoulder day routine is now a better one.
