This uber talented (and fun) pair have curated an exceptional nine-course menu, unlike anything else in Bali. Each dish carefully considered and individually inspired by the ingredients of Bali’s rich landscape.
Both James and Joel will present and personally serve throughout the evening - and with microphones in hand - describe the inspiration and ingredient sourcing behind each dish.
