It's burger night again at PICO! Celebrate the switch from Wednesday burger night to Sunday burger night! That's right, this week we are doing burger night twice! Starting July 2nd, we will be open for food six nights a week, with burger night capping the week on Sundays.
This week's burger is a tribute to Chef's hometown: Rochester, NY - home of the Garbage Plate. Pioneered by Nick Tahou in 1918, the Garbage Plate has been a staple of any college student's diet. Two burgers, topped with cheese, sitting on crisp homefries and creamy mac salad. Finish this masterpiece off with diced onions, mustard, and a meat hot sauce. Nothing better to mop everything up than a piece of Bob's Well Bread Levain. Come and get it while we still have some left! As always, first come, first serve.
