Took some 1 and 3/4 squat booty lovin' from my fellow peachy lover @whitneyysimmons ... and added my own lil spin to the exercise. Here's what I did!
one set includes all of this completed back to back
10 reps of 1 and 3/4 squats followed by 10 lunges (5 each side)
6-8 reps of 1 and 3/4 squats followed by 12-14 lunges (6-7 each side)
Do this 3 times through. Choose a weight that you can hit for multiple reps with good form, but one that pushes you and gets that heart rate bumpin'. (Disclaimer: this set is HARD AF. Take rest as needed. I don't want you to injure yourself or collapse. If you're a beginner, I recommend sticking with just 10 reps squats & 8 lunges, or completing the whole set without added weight). #CanYouGuessHowLongMyFemursAre#ThisAngleReallyAccentuatesThem :)))
