~Come on guys, we are half way through the week. We got this!~ .
After a few days not feeling strong enough on my workouts, I'm baaaack. I'm feeling full of energy and I'm enjoying a lot my training. You can see what I am talking about on my stories. .
Did it happen to you something like that before?

A year ago this month I went to my first Nike Run Club event. I never could have imagined how much my life has changed because of it. Not only that, it taught me the vital importance of stepping outside my comfort zone.
At that point in time, NRC was what my life needed. I needed to start taking better care of myself physically and mentally, and NRC sparked that change. A part of me that I had buried deep down came back and I started to feel like myself again. It was the people, the pacers, the work outs, and @coach_kal, that reminded me of the reason I love to run. Something I had purposefully forgotten the last few years. And I was home again.
It's not always about the pace or the distance or the intensity of your run. Sometimes it's just about getting out there because that's who you are, someone who needs to run.
"The real purpose of running isn't to win a race. It's to test the limits of the human heart." -Bill Bowerman
My heart was mended and it's limits were tested and continue to be tested, and that's what keeps me going. 🏼♀️
