Empowering young people and supporting those that make that their mission are our top priority. I've met some astounding mothers, sisters, aunts, and grandmothers that are incredible role models for our youth. I'd like to recognize one of those women.
Yolanda Jackson is a friend, football mom, and all around amazing woman. Always inspiring and creative she always thinks of new ways to give back to the community.
On 1/31/17 I will be helping her on an event that will hopefully help empower young women by attending a special screening of "Hidden Figures". Yolanda started a Go Fund Me page to raise the money needed to take all the young women at Henry County Middle in Eighth grade to view this special screening. Please check out her Go Fund Me!
Thank you Yolanda for all you do, you rock! #FamilyStrong#GridironLegion

Two months ago I started the journey of rebranding. It was a long and hard decision. One thing that I feel blessed by was working with @sweet.october.
Nichole created the professional, strong but approachable logo and "branding" I could only dream about.
Yesterday I received my new business cards and died a little.
They are beautiful!
I also wanted to take a moment to share the story behind the rose.
2 years ago the most important women in my life passed on. My grams. Many of you know this because there were many periods of grief and silence on my end. My grams was always supportive of my ventures with TNTL and while she didn't always fully understand she new it made me happy and I would excel. When I decided to rebrand to Family & Finance Success I wanted her to be a part of this new journey as a beacon of strength and encouragement. I thought a flower or tree would be lovely. After a few redesigns Nichole sent this rose and I cried.
Grams favorite flower was a rose.
