Motivation. Motivation is something everyone has to find for themself. Everybody once has to go through these situations whether to stay in their comfort zone or to do something for their health some time in their life. But as soon as you know how to handle the right way with your life while feeling well you can achieve whatever you want, you just have to believe in it 🏻 #believeinyourself
So I am going to be a little bit more personal then usual on here. This isn't a "whoa is me" or me looking for attention it's to let people know we all have our own battles on the inside that some of us may never know about.
These lifters, belt, and if I a barbell handy it would've been in the picture also to represent a big part of my life. Over the last 30+ days I have been dealing with some depression and there is nothing wrong with that. I lost a big piece of me of the last month or so. In 2015 I got to meet some amazing people while I'm Osan and they guided me into CrossFit and weightlifting. It gave me the drive and motivation I needed for my year tour. These same people still push me in an indirect and direct way to this day. I lost a big piece of my heart and who I was recently and I have recently turned the corner because of these shoes, belt, and barbell. These items are my safe haven they give me a sense of well being and a sense of belonging. They provide me with a confidence I had been lacking for the last month or so. I hope for those of you that have the same battles on the inside you have something to turn to to help dig you out of your hole! The temperature outside finally hit the 70s today 🏼 taking advantage of this weather and opened all our windows in the house to get some fresh air. Even got little man outside for an hour to get some energy out. It's funny, I have my car back and we're still at home 🤣 it's all good, we'll make it out eventually.
Goodbye island life.... well for a few days anyways.
