Truth is the only person you can count on is yourself. Sometimes only you can be the one to pick up your broken pieces and fit them back together again. It may take awhile to find yourself again in the midst of all the chaos, but when you do you will unveil your true worth. #findyourself#shinebrightlikeadiamond#pickyourselfbackup#rehabtime
Today I wanted to share what's in my heart and why The girl in this picture use to not believe herself. She struggled with ALWAYS being worried about what other people thought of her. She lacked confidence She lacked courage
But over the past several years this same girl gave it to GOD! She would put her FAITH in CHRIST so that she could become the confident, strong woman that Christ intended for her to be.
She would also start a home health and fitness business that would (in addition to God) direct her life in such a positive way that helped her to change.
She didn't change just her physical but more importantly her mental and emotional state.
You see, my journey has forced me to grow. It's forced me to come out of my comfort zone and become the woman that God intended me to be.
This business has literally shifted my mindset. It's helped me to grow confidence and courage. It's renewing me along with God's direction to become the BEST version of myself!
I've had a rough few days. At this point, you all know I'll be transparent and truthful. The prospect of going home, going without my husband, and coming up on a full 6 months without my Boogy baby are all breaking me down. I've been crying more and sleeping less. One thing that has been a consistent good in my life (besides my amazing support system) has been yoga, including meditation. I know it seems like more meditation and less yoga lately, that's not true. I use yoga throughout my day, throughout my life. Even if I don't spend 30-60 minutes on my mat, I practice yoga. Every day. It's my me time. It's my peace, my calm, my silence. And I crave that. #yogaeverydamnday#yogagirlchallenge@yoga_girl #yoga#flexibility#yogi#yogini#fitness#strength#mentalhealth#breathe#stretch#findyourself#fit#meditate#meditation
Day 1. A Grateful Heart Grateful for a year that has been full of travel and off the chart experiences. Huge lessons learnt but more then anything the realisation that making the hard decisions always pays off in the end.
Back when the #FindYourself music video first came out, I thought up this concept along with all the others that I posted already, but couldn't figure out how to make this one work. It sat in the archive for a few months and today I was able to break it out and finally bring it to life. :D
