Got home and did a @mathewlcarter Body Bible Workout. (#6WeekBodyBible) Although I trained with Libby on Wednesday, this was just body weight and my kettle bell (to balance me while I squat) and I can confirm that I am now dead. I found the push ups and bench dips especially hard. Probably cause I trained arms and back on Wednesday... 🤔So I pushed through the struggle, focused on my breathing and kept going. My upper body is weaker than my lower as when I was younger; it was the other way around. My physiotherapist focused on my lower body (legs and knees) because I struggled to walk. I was also always very stiff (Rheumatoid Arthritis) So now my lower body is stronger in comparison to my upper body. I suffer with unexplained back pain often and have done for years. (Doctors have no clue what causes it, I've had MRI's ect) Therefore I've made that another reason to work on a stronger upper body. One day I'll be ready for the gun show! 🏾 @cookformesophie Twinnie, I think you should look at joining the Superwomen group!

Started on Monday w/ Bench
Hit 275# x 1 to match last month’s PR,
Was feeling good but jumped too fast, Attempted 285# x 1 but NO CIGAR

Slayed these bad boys last night as a part of my cheat meal, Damn they were tasty @mamasdonutsnz best doughys in the waikato imo! Fresh, not heavy and great flavor, my favourite would have to be the choc custard . The joys of being lean you can eat up and not get fat haha!
