The battle rope training can be done with different weights and sizes, It brings a lot of benefits like:
- Improve fitness and conditioning.
- It's a high intensity activity with very low impact.
- Adds variety to your regimen training.
- Must be done at the end of a weight training session, or combined with a circuit program.

Here's two of my best tips to help you get out of a motivational rut and start tackling your goals starting now!
Tip #1: Go back to your ‘WHY’ When motivation is running low the best way to stir up some serious emotions is to tap into your why. The ‘why’ is the reason you started working out, eating better, hired a trainer, signed up for a new program.
Tip# 2: Celebrate your success, especially the small daily ones. This is a mindset game changer, in my option
