No, I never had a weight problem, nor an eating disorder.
As a teen, I wasn't popular and top heavy/skinny wasn't in. It seemed I settled for the rebellious group while still trying to keep from getting into trouble.
I thought I knew what, "happy" meant. °
It wasn't until, I started taking care of myself and stepped foot into a gym, that I felt a sense of belonging. An actual euphoric feeling, I still experience to this day when I work out.
I accept my differnt hair type & the changes my womanly body goes through. °
Although, my fitness goals have changed throughout the decades, I always remain happy with myself and the cards that I've been dealt. °
Comparing myself to anyone else has never been in my personality because I have never felt that way. I'm just different and I have to accept that.
I'm so happy spending time with family, my husband & kids. I love my quality friendships I've made along the journey.
I'm in love with muscles, working out, and seeing results.
That has been my motivation along with admiring others who share the same vibes and being happy with their fitness goals as well.
