It's always a struggle to be so vulnerable on instagram.. I'm so bloody proud of my progress! On the left is a few months after having my first baby and right is a year after my second.
I've been struggling a lot lately with keeping my fitness/nutrition on point. I really run low on energy as the day progresses.
But, I have a plan & I have my goals in place I'm ready to take on my next mission 🏽 it's time to wake up and really put my best foot forward. No more chocolates (unless they are clean) or any other foods that are going to cause more harm then good. I don't want to go backwards.
I remember how awful I felt after having my first bub, my body wasn't happy with me and I wasn't happy with myself. Which is why this is my wake up call to push on & not give up!! 🏽🏽
