Heading off to Chicago for the @nowfoodsofficial#NowGetFit event so excited!! I'm always early for my flights so just sitting here waiting to board in 2 hours. 🤦🏼♀️ but I've got my travel necessities so it's all good. I find that there aren't a ton of healthy options when traveling, and airport food is SO expensive... so I usually just bring my own 🤷🏼♀️ usually I pack Tupperware with lunch but I ate breakfast already, so I'm just packing snacks 🏼 filled my @stasherbag with @rxbar , @vitalproteins collagen peptides (for my coffee), an @elementalsuperfood bar, some @barneybutter to go packs that I'll dip plantain chips in and @paleoangel power balls 🏼 other things I'm bringing: @beekeepers_naturals natural propolis, vitamin c and zinc to ward off all the germs 🏼and my @healthyhumanlife water bottle to fill once I go through security. What do you bring when traveling??
Good Morning! I just made my first smoothie in our new home! 🤗 And this combo turned out pretty delicious! If you have inflammation or soreness this is for you! It is SO creamy! 1 cup @foragerproject cashew milk 1 frozen banana 2 medjool dates 1 Tablespoon @navitasorganics raw cacao powder 1 Tablespoon homemade peanut butter 🥜 1 handful @iloveorganicgirl super spinach 1 scoop @megafood daily turmeric sprinkle of @navitasorganics cacao nibs and @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon on top! The nut butter, dates, and banana combo really hide the turmeric and spinach flavor well! || #joyfullinthecity
Finally get to try desserts here. They served pretty a lot of different type of desserts and the durian pancake is just tasty. Mango snow ice is equally too.
