Food in India was absolutely delicious but oh, I've missed my sweet breakfasts. Cocoa oatmeal with strawberries and peanut butter.

Cherry gateau smoothie bowl banana, cherry, @adunaworld cacao, @linwoodshealthfoods flax, @meridianfoods almond butter and @plenishcleanse cashew milk smoothie topped with @coyo_uk vanilla yoghurt, the last of my @jakesboost cacao butter samples from @hbloggerscom event @loving_earth buckinis and @ombarchocolate 70% dark chocolate 🏻🏻absolute heaven! I scraped the blender clean as well as my bowl so today I'm finishing off my mini cookbooks and sending for proofs, sorting my blog and newsletter for tomorrow, sorting the packaging for my product and hopefully finishing and photographing, sorting out all the documents for my PT course in July and doing a lot, a lot of adding up oh and I'm definitely now going to @befitlondon_ on Saturday! For today we are business as usual. We have lots of goodies, dishes and lunchboxes so pop by and grab yourself a healthy, wholesome breakfast and lunch.

Porridge was, is and always will be my favourite breakfast.
Today's version was especially yummy. I made Spiced Carrot Cake Oats with fresh grated carrot, ginger and apple.🥕 I also added raisins and of course lots of spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Topped it all off with carrot shreds, caramelized coconutflakes, almondbutter and my two favourite homemade granolas tumeric-lemon and chocolate. Can't get any better than this!

Heute war es echt mühsam früh aufzustehen, vor allem weil bei mir in der ersten Stunde eine Geschichtsklausur ansteht, aber bei dem Gedanken an meine Overnight Oats ging es mir direkt viel besser! Die Basis besteht aus Haferflocken, Leinsamen, Mandelmilch und etwas Agavendicksaft und getoppt habe ich das ganze mit Mandelmus, Kiwi, Kokoschips und Haselnüssen. So kann der Tag doch gut starten! Was habt ihr heute so vor?
It was really hard to get up early tomorrow, especially because I'll have a History exam in my first lesson today, but the thought of my overnight oats made me feel so much better about getting out of bed! The base is made out of oats, flax seeds, almond milk and some agave syrup and I topped it with almond butter, a kiwi, coconut chips and hazelnuts. I love starting my day like this! Lemony Berry Oat Bars for Breakfast We prepped these yesterday but they are probably better if you make these just before you plan on eating them! Here's what I did:
In a bowl I mixed 150g of mashed banana with 150g of gluten-free oats, 15g poppy seeds, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp unsweetened sauce. About half (or a bit more) of the mixture I pressed down on a baking tray, topped it with homemade berry chia jam and crumble the rest of the oat mixture on top. We ate it with a bit of yogurt
