Almonds are delicious and so versatile! It’s no wonder these nuts are good for us too! These little gems are full of nutrients, including: manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium; plus vitamin E, a variety of vitamin B’s, folate and mono-unsaturated fatty acids.
Some people say that activating your almonds (a process involving slow roast them in the oven) brings out more of the flavour and health benefits.
But you can eat them raw, salted, roasted, as almond meal (a great replacement for flour for our celiac friends) or as almond oil.

Morning meditation with my doga (dog yoga) buddy. Yoga and meditation are some of the 5 things I do to help set up my day. The others are make a cup of tea, light a candle and read an affirmation. If I nail 3 out of 5 within two hours of waking, I have a far more peaceful and productive day. How do you win your morning? Love KB xx 📿🏻 #lifehack#winning#bulldogsofinstagram#goodadvice#goodforyou
