Sesame cauliflower for dinner! Breaded and baked cauliflower florets drizzled with a sticky, sweet and spicy sauce and topped with scallions and sesame seeds. The sauce was from @connoisseurusveg and the crunchy cauliflower was from @jessicainthekitchen . Really delicious and breading the cauliflower florets really isn't as daunting a task as one might think.
I missed avocado 🥑 toast so I made high fiber sandwich rolls. It has 18 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fiber. I added a smoke salmon for a little extra protein. And of course cayenne pepper 🤗#goodforyou#highfiber#keto
