Animals are truly the best advocates for veganism. People can argue with vegans about ethics, research, and facts all they want but once you spend time with animals, there is no denying that their lives matters. There is no arguing that they can love, trust, feel pain, sadness, and happiness. There is no arguing that they have personalities, souls and meaningful bonds with others. It's easy to say to a vegan "mmm bacon though" or "I could never give up cheese" or "animals were put on this earth to be eaten," but I challenge you to look into the eyes of an animal being sent to slaughter and say those things too. They are such innocent, peaceful and loving beings. It is my promise to them that I will never hurt them and I encourage others to do so too
Red Light District tonight in Amsterdam. My last night here, I had a lot of meaningful time with myself on this trip. Time to dive even deaper into my soul. In these pix I had the pleasure of hanging out with my friends and we had a great time. For the times I was tooling around on my own, I know that I'm now ready to open up my soul for new adventures, friendship, love, and experiences. This trip meant the world to me. I can't thank you enough guys! @noecantsleep
I'll post earlier pix in the next couple of days!

Meet Ferdinand, our newest resident! He was abandoned in a parking lot down in LA after his family moved. He was waiting for them to return, but they never did. The people living near by were just mocking him, instead of helping him. Luckily, some kind hearted people saw him, and saved him. Now he is here at Happy Hen, safe and sound!
Make sure to donate towards his care, chickenrescue.org/donate
Revoguei a cebola e o alho.
