| GREEN LAVENDER SMOOTHIE | A delicious and healthy way to start your day!! To make 2 servings, simply blend 2 bananas for #potassium#magnesium and #b6, 4 large handfuls of spinach/kale/silverbeet for #fiber and #minerals, 2 tbsp hemp seeds for #omegas and #protein, 2 tsp dried lavender flowers for #relaxation, 2 tsp bee pollen for a powerhouse of #nutrients, 2 tsp @scoopwholefoods green balance powder or @bareblends bare greens powder for some #alkalising (both available @scoopwholefoods), 1 tsp aloe vera powder for your #guthealth and #jointhealth and I also used 2-3 drops of @doterra grapefruit oil, but this is optional. You can also use orange oil or any of your favourite oils depending on what you need most. Add some water or milk of your choice to desired consistency, I used approx 3 cups, use less if you like it thicker. Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy! Everything except the fresh fruit is available @scoopwholefoods including the best organic #superfoods.

🥒Lots of ideas how to get rid of the toxins and little extra weight we accumulated during the holidays in a gentle way! . .
And the delicious foods we cooked together prove detox doesn't just mean green juices and raw beetroot! (At least not for us!!! ) .
🥑 Today's biggest hit was the avocado-lime crumble! Recipe soon on our new website!
I'm doing a mini #detox !!! We had family visiting for a few days which usually means we end up eating out more then usual. Which is fine, most of the time as we try to stick to restaurants where you can choose meals made with real/whole foods.
I'm also a firm believer in NOT restricting so if that option on the menu screams eat me the way nachos usually do... I do it! Without the added #guilt , because I know I make better choices the majority of the time.
Because they give your digestive system a break while still giving it the nutrients it needs. They are chock-full of vitamins, enzymes, and minerals.. They're easy to digest (in a pre-digested form), which means optimal assimilation of nutrients. They are terrific for cleansing the body of toxicity. As smoothies provide your body with the nutrients it needs to work properly, it’s able to self-cleanse and push out toxins.
The result? My gut and gallbladder are as good as new in no time! I'm still on track with my goals and there's no guilt involved! This is super important to master for somebody that used to struggle with an #allornothing#mindset
Do you feel signals that signify different things?
I know I sure didn't! I generally just do what I think I know what's good for me at a time I'm used to doing it and call it a day.
I recently started paying attention to how my body reacts to different circumstances and actually tells me what it needs.
Today I just felt I needed greens! The more, the better! So I made the most simple shake I can think of with what I had at work and it actually tasted yummy! Why? Because my body told me it NEEDED it! 3 handfuls of spinach 1 avocado ice
