estoy viendo progreso y resultado, no inteto ser perfecta solo mejorar y eso todos lo podemos hacer si te lo propones.. no soy conformista nunca lo eh sido y tanpoco le veo sentido a serlo... cuabdo tienes metas y gran deseo de verla realisada nada te para.. sigue para alante, muchos te diran k no puedes que alo mejor ala semana te cansas y lo deja tu simple demuesyra con ellos como digo Napoleon Hill cuando hay un inmenso deseo la peresz se va y todo es posible...si necesitas ayuda aki estoy cuando consejo sobre tu meta fisica yo baje 35 libras y ahora estoy aumentabdo masa muscukar y tonifican mi cuerpo... .
Are you conscious of the things you are feeding your mind?? T.V. Radio, News, Music, Gossip. .
The more I become aware af the fucking garbage that is being put out through these media outlets, the more I distance myself from those things. I used to love certain songs that I will no longer allow myself to listen to. Same goes with TV shows. And OMG the fucking Gossip! They all suck you in and give you a sort of pleasure that is destructive in so many ways. .
So, by substituting each of these things with more empowering material, like audio reading and positive talk, my consciousness has shifted to focus on what I can learn to become a better human being instead of what can I watch or listen to that will make the situation I'm in feel more comfortable and pleasing (only for a moment). .
Think I can get faster, stronger, and healthier with drinking this delicious cream soda? Haha most likelyyyyyyyyy not But it sure does give me more ounces of happiness! 85% healthy habits 15% small indulgences
Hope Day Habits! We just added this to our favorites page and if you are going to read anything in the next 30 days READ THIS! Hope looks like making the tough choices little by little because God is on your side. Hope looks like those tough choices getting less tough. Hope looks like knowing God's will for your life is in those choices. Those my friend are healthy habits, they feed us body.mind.soul.

Amazon is still a huge threat to Toys R Us. Although the legacy store is the largest speciality toy and baby goods retailer in the US, Toys R Us recently declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is getting dominated online by Amazon.
Amazon had the lion’s share of baby and toy products sold online in the US, with $2.16 billion in sales in 2016. Walmart, the largest toy store in the country, claimed the second spot online with nearly $1.3 billion. Toys R Us, on the other hand, had a relatively meager $912 million in online sales in 2016. : @bi_graphics
