Before I became a personal trainer, I had NO CLUE what to do or what to eat to reach my "goals" The toughest part was that I didn't really know WHAT my goals were, let alone WHY I wanted to "reach" them. Do you or have you ever felt like this, too?!
So I just kinda followed other people, tried eating what the "top" fit girls ate, spending 2+ hours in the gym because if that's how they got their results, then why wouldn't it work for me?! I'm sure if you've done this or are doing this, you know just how frustrating it can be when you feel like you're doing everything "right", yet you're not seeing any changes...can you relate?!
After getting certified I realized that it's not that those plans wouldn't or couldn't work for ME, but that it wasn't FOR me. I was trying to fall in love with something that was made for someone else, which is why I couldn't stick to it!! .
There's no RIGHT way or BEST way to reach your goals...there's just YOUR WAY and what works for YOU 🏻️
