That almond croissant thoughhh forever in search of the perfect one (this was from LPQ not benugo and was a little disappointing for how amazing LPQ is! 🤔)
Got a good day planned today meeting a friend in the city for lunch before meetings there all afternoon then Marcus is meeting me in London and we're going down to try out a new Italian for dinner - they've got a huge range of flatbreads and i spotted chocolate fondants on their dessert menu so I can't wait
Welcoming the warmer weather with salads. What better way than teaming up with a serving of heart healthy sardines rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Sardines are also a great source of calcium and vitamin D helping to strengthen my bones.
Sunlight spurs the body to make vitamin D too....looks like there's plenty of opportunity to make some sunshine vitamin today
@morningti took pancakes to a whole new level with these chocolate oat pancakes! ⠀⠀
Get the recipe here: ⠀⠀
Made from 1/3C oats, 1/3C flour (I used buckwheat), 1C soy milk, 2TBSP sweetener, 5TBSP arrowroot powder, 2TBSP cocoa, 1tsp baking powder & 1tsp vanilla. ⠀⠀
Blend oats to make oat flour, add remaining ingredients & let thicken while you preheat stove to low-med heat. I used a non-stick pan and cooked each one until bubbles formed & then flipped em! ⠀⠀
It's important to keep our homes clean and equally as important to clean our fruits and veggies.
Supermarkets spray a wax coating on fruits and vegetables to make them shiny and more appealing as well as to help preserve.
Did you know some apples are stored for a year before they are even sold at your local supermarket?
Here are two easy DIY spray and soak recipes for your fruit and veggies Spray
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon baking soda
1 cup distilled water Soak
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tables spoons sea salt
Fill sink half way with water or enough to cover your fruits and vegetables. Let soak for 5-10 mins then use a dry kitchen towel to wipe off.
Another great idea - add a LUV SUM into your smoothie bowls for extra protein and energy 🏽 #SpreadtheLuv
Just crossed over the Cambodia-Vietnam border via bus. I realized I hadn't eaten a single bowl of pho the whole time I've been in Vietnam, so I woke up at 6 this morning to get my fix and my last cà phê sữa đá. I'll be back to Vietnam in July for a medical mission trip, where I'll get to explore more parts of the motherland with my younger, lamer siblings. #saigon#hochiminhcity#vietnam#ladyboysabroad#bjjasia#cambodia
