DaRk SuGaRs on Brick Lane!
This place is INSANELY good
Bought some delicious but extortionate chocolates from here last weekend they were bloody incredible and best of all I tried a chocolate coated fig and I was fine I love figs but in the past they've given me absolutely horrendous stomach cramps but I seemed to be okay with this one so now I might try a fresh one when I see them around🙃
The quality of their chocolate is unreal (but you certainly pay for it 🤑). They have a huge range including truffles, chocolate coated fruit/ginger/dates and fancy ones with alcohol/nut fillings On taste alone they blow every other chocolate date I've had out the water.... BUT (huge huge but) they left the stone in trying to not eat the stone whilst not letting all the chocolate crumble off the outside is a challenge I have not yet mastered
Now here's the bowl!
Made with the hemp seed milk from my previous post. This is my chocolate smoothie bowl with a little fruit topping. Trying to learn how to pipe designs, as you can see its still work a in progress but i just got to keep trying i guess. What do you think? Leave me a comment! Using coconut cream to keep it vegan, anyone got any other suggestions? 🤔

Sticking with the whole sweet but savory thing...I pan-fried sweet potato slices seasoned with paprika, and added a little melted cheese and smashed avocado on top! Each bite was like a little slice of heaven
Smoothies are back in the game at our house!!! Yeeeeeehaaaaaa. I managed to blow up my trusty @thenutribullet and have been completely lost without it!!! I use it as least once a day. I need my morning breakfast smoothie to have a lush start to my day. I am pleased to say my replacement arrived yesterday and I am now supping away on the good stuff #feelinggood#feelingnourished#smoothiesiloveyou
Not gonna bother posting a picture of breakfast couse it's the same as yesterday but switched it up a little with lunch. Used Aldi's sardines on tomato sauce instead of tuna! The one macro I struggle to hit is fat so this really helps! 🏻
