Hello Sunday Cette après-midi, j'avais envie de vous dévoiler une petite recette #healthy et #delicious 🏼 La recette du jour : #Tarteaucitron avec un arrière goût de coco Ingrédients ( 8 à 10 personnes ) •180 g de farine complète
•2 c à s d’avoine
•2 c à s de sucre de coco •35 g d’huile d’olive
•70 mL d’eau
•400g de tofu soyeux
•50g de crème de coco ou crème sans matières grasses
•80g de sirop d’agave
•30g d’huile de coco
•le jus d’1 citron et demi
•4 gouttes d’huile essentielle de citron
Réaliser la pâte en mélangeant la farine, de l'avoine, l’eau, l’huile d’olive et le sucre de coco. 🥄 Placer la pâte dans un moule et mettre au four pendant 10 minutes à 180 degrés.
Pendant ce temps faire fondre l’huile et la crème de coco
quand le mélange est fondu et refroidi, ajouter le sirop d’agave, le jus de citron, l’huile essentielle et le tofu soyeux. 🥄
Mixer le mélange.
Ajouter le mélange sur le fond de la tarte et faire cuire 20 minutes à 180 degrés.
Enfin, laisser refroidir 2h

I’m still dreaming about this Salad of GA Peaches this morning. RUN. Do not walk to @gunshow in Glenwood Park. BLUEBERRY MUFFIN OVERNIGHT OATS
This is a perfect example of why having premade food is a great idea. I was able to have a little sleep in this am (an extra hour is a godsend but throws my entire day off) so when I got up it was time to start the day and get the kids out for a bit. I had time to change and wash up but no time to make food or coffee. But thankfully I had made oats that I could take on the go with us and Adler loved it as well!!! .
2C gluten free rolled oats
1/2C lactose free yogurt (I used vanilla but plain works for a less sweet flavour)
2Tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2C unsweetened almond milk
Mash blueberries then mix in yogurt and honey. Add remaining dry ingredients. Mix in milk. I like my oats thicker so I used 1cup instead
