Quick, easy, low carb dinner tonight. 35 minutes start to finish and absolutely delicious!
Taco Zucchini Recipe:
1 pound ground meat (we used venison)
2 medium zucchini
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 TBS chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 TBS onion powder
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
Brown meat with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Add in tomatoes and the rest of the seasoning, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add in chopped zucchini and jalapenos, cover and let simmer over low heat for 10 more minutes and you are done!

I work with people all the time who are in jobs that force them to sit at their desks all day.
Aside from the physical effects of sitting for that long, working eight plus hours can make it difficult to find time to cook healthy meals and head to the gym.
