sunday grocery haul 🏽 picked up some essentials from @sprouts this morning, i mean look at all those GOODS! best part was finding @bulletproof brain octane and collagen on sale i usually use Vital Proteins collagen peptides as my protein but i ran out this week so i decided to give the Bulletproof brand a shot! (and it was on sale so why not) i also picked up some grass fed beef, strawberries (4 for $5 !!!), broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, kerry gold grass fed butter, peanut butter @perfectbar, @justins dark chocolate pb cups, @primalkitchenfoods greek dressing, lemons, and some red delicious apples hoping all of this will last me through the week🙃
I was def the worst meditator at yesterday's @wanderlustfest mindful triathlon (run, yoga, meditate)... how's a girl to focus when all her friends are in town and trying to turn up!?!? Grateful for the giggles, the gals and the sunburn that will remind me of this fun day for weeks to come - thanks for having me @adidaswomen 🦀
