This time last year I was in a WAY different place than I am now. I was obsessed with exercising, and the idea of changing every part of my body and how I looked.
I obsessed over workouts, and the food I ate, desperately trying to make myself look different. .
In the past year I have quit things that made my obsessions worse, and taken the time to figure out what I truly want in life. .
1 year ago I would have torn this picture and myself a part, I would have spent hours making a new workout and diet plan. .
But not now. I may not be perfect, and I may not be 100% happy with who I am, but I am getting there, a little more each day.
