If you didn't know...I'm a huge advocate for women economic empowerment and gender equality! You'd be surprised at the positive economic stats on countries when our women are empowered and gender equality is prevalent. This weekend I'll be making my stand with our women as a volunteer at the @womensmarchla to continue my position on this global issue. To my fellow men, Women empowerment and gender equality is our problem too! Lets support our LA beauties! #iamterrybriggs#success#empowerment#girlboss#bossbabe#heforshe#losangeles
Good morning :) another day, another opportunity to do something great! When you pass your fellow humans on the street, try to smile and wish them a good morning. It may in fact be the one thing they needed today, maybe they just wanted to be acknowledged. You may be the main character of your life, but they are the main character of theirs. Keep in mind that there is no one superior puzzle piece, they are all equally useful. If everyone treated each other with respect, the world would be a more peaceful place
Don't have plans this weekend? Well, now you do. We need as many people as possible to join us in the #WomensMarchLondon - tomorrow, 12 noon, outside the US Embassy. While this is a women lead March, mirroring those happening in not only Washington DC but worldwide, all genders are encouraged to participate.
Today, 20th January 2017, Donald Trump is sworn in as President of the United States of America. In case you might have forgotten; Trump's policies are nothing short of terrifying for women and minorities.
So, on Saturday, we march. "We will march, wherever we march, for the protection of our fundamental rights and for the safeguarding of freedoms threatened by recent political events. We unite and stand together for the dignity and equality of all peoples, for the safety and health of our planet and for the strength of our vibrant and diverse communities.
We will come together in the spirit of democracy, honouring the champions of human rights who have gone before us. Please spread the word, so that our numbers are too great to ignore and the message to the world is clear." (Source - womensmarchlondon.com) 🏻🏻🏼
Welcome to modern feminism lol. This is what happens when your movement is obsessed with victimhood and everyone is vying for the top spot in the Oppression Olympics. You get nothing but constant infighting and bigotry. For the march, black feminists are telling white women they need to take a backseat or shouldn't come at all, LGBT feminists are pissed because they're not getting the most attention, Muslim feminists are pissed because they're issues aren't getting top billing, Latino feminists are pissed because their group is not even mentioned in the march's vision document and prochoice feminists told prolife feminists to not even bother attending the march. Opponents of feminism really need to do very little to destroy the movement, feminists are doing a great job of it themselves lol.

Question: What do you think of the #HeForShe campaign?
I will always stand for freedom and equality for all.
Thank you, Mr. President. And thank you to your family for being such a class act. I will always be proud that you were the first president I voted for.
