Almost 4 years ago the day I lost my nana and my best friend. 4 years ago I tried to kill myself. Why am I telling you this?! cause it serves as a reminder to NEVER GIVE UP, better things are just around the corner. At the time I wanted to die because I lost everything and had nothing. What I have realised in the last 4 years is that we need to loose everything to no what is truly important what we really want, want is truly right for us. Only we ourselves no the truth and it will set you free. It's not pretty, it's not easy and it's constant work to get a better life but it's worth it. I am glad I didn't succeed in my suicide attempt and I hope that anyone out there who is considering taking there life stops. Please reach out and ask for help. We don't need to kill ourselves we just need to kill the parts that don't Serve us and build better. Mental health issues are very real and very painful. Don't disregard anyone. We are all fighting a daily battle in this world. Look for good, do what's right in your heart because after all we aren't meant to suffer constantly we are meant to grow and learn. Most of us think our conscious minds are running the show, when actually, we act on the beliefs of our subconscious minds.
Our subconscious minds contain everything we've accumulated over our lifetimes: false beliefs, comments others have made about us, opinions of others that we've stored there, the shadows of our beliefs and many other things we may have hidden there.
In order to reverse the effects of our subconscious beliefs we must constantly be aware of our thoughts and the things we expose ourselves to (television shows, radio, advertisements, opinions of other, things on the internet, etc). Choose these things wisely as they directly affect how we feel about ourselves which determines our actions
