Holiday is ending soon.... So I'm taking this opportunity to do some bonding time #lookonthebrightside
You are the creator of your life experience.
Give thought to what you really want. Now focus on that and add emotion.
Focus on what you desire, not what is.
There is nothing you cannot do, be and have.
We are all our own Creators.
We have the power to create the life of our dreams.

Last night was the worst night I have had with Lily in 7 months. My husband was away for work & Lily woke very 2 hours from 9-1am, then she literally screamed for 3 hours straight from 1-4. I was in tears, she was inconsolable. I have no idea what was wrong with her. However we both survived the night & I am determined to get through today with a positive attitude & be grateful that although I had a terrible night I have 3 healthy children (& Friday is daycare day for the other 2 so hopefully I can get some sleep today!). #tired#ineedcoffee#coffeecoffeecoffee#countingmyblessings#mumlife#ineedsleep#terriblenight#staypositive#lookonthebrightside
Are you guilty of this?
I'll admit going "live" anywhere is a humbling experience. There are so many ways I've had to stretch myself hard in this business. Getting over fears like hearing my voice (does everyone else hate theirs too?) BUT at the end of this beautiful day I thank God I have a voice and can share it with others even if it's slightly flawed.
Tomorrow I'll be in my online Facebook class sharing my story. About being a scared new mom with a very sick little girl, feeling heartbreak over death, anxiety over accomplishments, and where I am now.
If you'd like to join in there is still time. I'd love to hear yours too #allthefeels#triumphovertragedy
It's been 1 year since we packed up and left Alaska. And though I miss Alaska dearly, North Carolina has provided us with so many blessings: the friends we've made, the experiences we've had, the places we've seen, and the changes we've been through
Double tap if you have ever looked at a picture of yourself and instantly hated it. ⠀
Believe me, I have been there! It is a rare occasion when I actually like a picture of myself! When my hair is falling perfectly, I don't think I look pregnant and that double chin is no where in sight! ⠀
Yesterday, I was teaching one of our new employees how to take pictures. I had her take some pictures of me to practice what she had been learning and as each picture popped up, negative thoughts came with it.⠀
"Eww. Do I really have a double chin?"⠀
"Why do my eyes look like that?"⠀
"I really need to lose weight."⠀
I had to force myself to stop and remember why these pictures were on the screen. It didn't really matter what I looked like, they were there as a way to teach this girl to be better a better photographer. Instead of tearing myself down, I adjusted my mindset and taught her how to improve the poses for future clients.⠀
Pro Tip: To get rid of a double chin, tilt your chin down slightly and then push it out toward the camera. It feels awkward, but you will thank me later! ⠀
