My Non-Christian ass is walking around this college campus talking to people about the company I work for and I come across these two gents. They stop me and one of them says, "Can I give you something?" And hands me a picture of "Jesus". We got to talking like 3 people trying to understand each other. It was a great moment! They didn't try to sell me on their faith. I didn't try to sell mine. We simply talked about what spiritually motivates us to be good to others. I'm grateful for moments like this. It gives me hope that more people in the world actually do want to understand each other instead of putting each other in these boxes for our own comfort. They didn't walk away looking for the nearest crystal store or Meditation center and I didn't walk away looking for the nearest church to confess my sins. But we did walk away comfortable in the fact that not everyone shares the same beliefs about God.......and that's ok. We parted ways having shared the same space, for a time, exchanging different ideas and respecting each other just the same. I hope somehow I run into those guys again. #Peace#Love#Understanding#Mormon#Pagan#LoveNotHateMakesAmericaGreat#LoveIsMyReligion
