I was able to join my fellow Maven staff for a monster workout today. These types of workouts are not for the faint of heart, but probably only for those who are willing to test the limits of your physical and mental strength, in addition to others such as cardio. I had to throw in the towel early in the 10-rounder, but don't think anyone finished.
Only the strong survive.
Today's program was a partner workout. P1 does 1 while P2 does 2 and then they flip flop (55-minute time cap): *********

While I'm still young in this journey of becoming the best I can be there is one thing I have found to be my greatest tool, and that is self-reflection and evaluation. While the first step is to get the hunger and drive to fight, it is equally as important to evaluate the journey thus far as well as the journey ahead. Taking time to think about your approach and what has and has not worked both mentally and physically can make all the difference in getting you to your goal. I plan to share not just what I have physically learned to reach where I am but also what I have learned from a mentality standpoint to help push me forward in this journey.
